What are you going to/did you buy with your tax refund?

What refund? I'm sending checks to the state and federal, as usual. Frankly, I prefer it this way, rather than letting them hold my money all year interest free.

Stashing it so that Obama can't get his hands on it.

Who else is gonna pay for the bailout? Oh, that's right...my children, grandchildren, great grandchildren...etc.

As oppose to having no bailout, and letting AIG take our money. Because so far, they have been the only ones who actually HAVE taken our money.

The New Deal was what got us out of the Great Depression. Read up on it, it was ABSOLUTELY NOT a tax cut program. It was a federal spending act, and was hugely successful. Its the only proven way to get out of a huge recession.

As for my tax refund...my federal refund paid for my state underpayment

Mine bought a 5D MkII and a Canon 14mm f/2.8L II.

Wow, thats a nice little gift!

Still here....saving it for something...don't know what. I got everything I need right now. 1markII, 500L F4 IS, and my walk around lens 17-40L. I may see markIII around the corner but....... I don't see any need though.

Let's try not to get into a political discussion here, it'll never end.

Anyway, I got my 40d and my lens today!! Too bad it's raining outside :*(

epson 3800 is first on my list ! I plan to get that and start paying off a bit of my debt.

I gave mine to my kids to try to stimulate their economy.

I am still holding on to mine waiting for the next round of canon rebates. So far between Jan 17 to present the 100-400L has seen a 17% increase in price. By the time the rebates come, I think I'll just be break even if not worse off had I bought the lens back in january Oh well but I still have my eye on that lens. The rebates will decide for me if I will pull the trigger or not. I need more stimulus to buy the "last lens" to complete what I need
