These little girls were cutting up at the wedding on Sunday. I ran over, told 'em to hug each other and this is what I got......a lovely and relaxed portrait. Shot at 22mm.

Good shot. I don't imagine this was at the 10mm end?

Canons to the left, Canons to the right,
We hold our L glass toward the light,
Digitizing in a snap reflective glory
That will forever tell our imaged story.

One of the spots in my eyes must have jumped in front when I looked at the caption!

Nice shot... despite the bright daylight, pale skin and white gowns, you've managed to catch a nice shot of all three girls. Considering the conditions, that's a great shot! Thanks for sharing

Looks awesome! I love the look of a wide angle shot and I'm glad someone posted a photo with kids in it, so I can get a good idea of how it looks.

I have a question, and please i'm new to taking pictures, so I probably sound stupid - When you took this picture, did you have to stand really close to their faces? Since it's a 10-22 lens?

Well done! I always take my 10-22MM to wedding & group events.

Yes I was very close, but I got down to their level so distortion would be minimized

I think its a great example of shooting portraits with a uwa lens. It does take practice to make sure you don't distort your subject, but at 22mm the distort isn't bad. Great capture and I'm sure a seller!! Good to see a fellow Carolinian'!!!!

The sigma 10-20 is also great too. It has quite high IQ for crop cameras. Just my 2cents, but this is a nice photo.

Lovely shot! I wonder if you should replace the black nail polish with red. Somehow, black seems to not for with the white wedding theme.

Gear List

If I don't get the shots I want with the gear I have, the only optics I need to examine is the mirror on the bathroom wall. The root cause will be there.
