It looks almost like a movie set, to pretty to be functional. - I discovered I scream the same way whether I'm about to be devoured by a great white shark or if a piece of seaweed touches my foot.

The vignetting is there because of the 72 to 77mm step up ring that I had to use to mount the Singh-Ray on my 35L. It didn't vignette at all with my 24-70 at 35mm, so the step up ring was the breaking point. Name is Peter and here is my gear:

The sun's beating down on the water and It is just too hot to make out any detail. Other parts are perfectly exposed. On the flip side, the shaded hillside is too dark to make out any detail. I bet you could make an INSANE HDR shot out of this. Gear List | My Flickr Site

That's probably the bigger reason the road is closed. Great shots and location. 7d

Mar 26, 2009 07:09 | #13 Great feedback and thank you for all the kind words. Scott and others, what do you think of these crops of #1? Second crop takes out the dark shading on the left side of the frame and takes out much of the sky as well. I also cloned out the two pipe holes. Which do you folks prefer? I am pretty fond of the last crop as an image. I cannot take it in any further or I'd cut off the waterfall on the left side of the frame Name is Peter and here is my gear:

I hope you don't mind, but I was just curious if any of the detail in the water and shadow could be saved, so I played with them for a coupla minutes. Gear List | My Flickr Site
