Linear Tiff conversion from raw for G3

Hello all,
I recently got a g3 as a present. I have been trying to get the linear tiff conversion to work and have been very unsuccessful. The image after conversion appears very very very dark. Almost as though it is black. I also visited Gandini's website, who had the same problem. But I haven't seen any resolution on there yet. I also tried using Breeze Browser. But it outrightly says that due a problem with canon sdk it can't do linear tiffs. Any info and help in this area is greatly appreciated.

There is a fault in that Canon's conversion software thinks that G3/S45 CRW files are 10bit when in fact they are 12bit so you get over saturated psychedelic colours and not a true Linear file.

You will get a good Linear file to work with.
