Tristate is on my "Dont even open the website" list.
Typical bait and switch company. All grey market.
I ordered a 100-400 from them a couple of years ago and they billed my card.
A week later no shipping details, called them and got a runaround from several nasty people. The final contact told me that the lens I ordered was on back order but they could ship a refurb instead. I said no thank you, refund my card. Long story short I had to file a claim with the CC company to get my money back.

I ordered a Sigma 70-300 APO and UV filter from them. They charged my card right
away, but then called me and said they needed to talk to me. When I called back they
tried to sell me a Tamron tele zoom for $50 more, even though it was $50 or more
less than the Sigma online! I said no, and they shipped my order fairly quickly
after that (~1day delay playing phone tag). When it arrived there was no filter and it
said it was backordered. They never mentioned this over the phone. I cancelled the
filter, but still have not seen the refund
I WOULD AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS, based on my 1 experience with them.
