We have a new beagle who just moved in behind us. Have I mentioned how much I dislike beagles. Apparently the new neighbors leave the dog outside all day while they are gone. Stupid beagles never shut up. It has been barking and howling non stop since 8:00 am. Unlucky for them we have a person who works for animal control on this street. I'm suspecting this won't last very long.
