Diggin' the shirt. ;)

Bought it at the exchange... It's by an outfit called 7.62 Design, (external link) but I can't find it on the website anymore. I don't think you'd want it because it says "NAVY Quartermasters" on it...

At least YOU cover yours.

I've thought about doing an "apron shot" (I have one with Grumpy on it I bought at Disneyland) but Heather keeps vetoing the idea...

I do too!!!

We had this cherry tree and one summer there were HUNDREDS of ladybugs on it and they MADE ME WEED under it and the bugs kept flying in my hair and down my clothes!!

I should go on Oprah.

Oh, I can just see it now: Oprah so upset about ladybugs that she pledges millions for support for those afflicted...

Bummer, did you eat the whole family sized bag in one sitting? That's what you get for not sharing!

Na, just the little bag from a machine. Come on down, I'll spring for a bag.

Oh I love that. And it is SO true.

Just a couple nights ago, Marian was having a rough time, and there were tears involved. We were sitting together on the couch, and Darlin came up and put her head on Marian's knee. I told her that petting a dog behind it's ears is incredibly theraputic. ;) It worked too. ... in just a few minutes she was smiling. *sigh*

Fur therapy.

Doing the obligatory web research for the new lens I came across THIS (external link) gem.

The music is really bad but the process is interesting.

I'm sure it's but a 2 hour drive, but could I justify the tolls, traffic and gas for a free bag of chips? Hmmm.

My folks replaced our roof one summer. My stepdad tore it off himself and left the shingles all over the yard for weeks. Then bro and I were forced to clean up the shingles. They were infested with snakes! Every time we picked something up, a snake snuck out.

I probably would have run away from home....

I wanted to make a thread apology.

I have become consumed by my dogs, and feel that my conversation has been pretty saturated with them lately.
I realize that it's probably not as interesting to everyone as it is to me. LOL.

I was told that it is a big part of who I am right now, and it's natural and necessary to talk about it a lot.

But at the same time, I don't ever want you guys to think "Oh gosh.. here's Cat. I wonder what un-funny story she's going to tell us now?"

I will try to curb my stories a bit.

Though, I have to admit, there is already so much that I DON'T tell you guys because I don't want you to roll your eyes at me. I'm pretty much all-consumed. It feels like this is SO big in my life, that I rarely have other stuff to talk about. I've become a bore. Ga.

Its ok, all I have to talk about is kids and play dates and diaper creation, so I'm feeling your pain!

Or any rich Egyptians.
Stay out of tunnels.
Try to avoid the French health care system.

I shall certainly try to avoid all those things! Shouldn't be too difficult, since I don't know any Frenchman, nor Egyptians, ESPECIALLY of the wealthy variety, and have no passport. Nope, I'd say I'm good! ;)

Really, they made it to the 2nd page of posts with that thread?

<Cat Rant>
Hi kids. I realize Kasper is causing me woe. My sister has had him (the cat) at her house for a couple of months now. She went on her spring art shoe circuit for 4 weeks so Kasper is back at our house. We are all coughing and wheezing and our sinuses are completely clogged up and we are miserable. Can't believe it took me a week to realize it was kitty. We kept him shaved to keep the allergians down but at the moment he has his full growth of fur. BLAH 3 more weeks and many allergy pills to go......
</Rant>

Yipes....

hmmmm ..... Jim Dirt, beer lee alive... has kind of a nice ring to it! Reminds me of Lee Marvin in Cat Balou where he and his horse are drunk leaning up against a wall

Isn't that Dirty Jim to most of us? ;)

Life is full of difficult decisions. I have to go out shortly and I can't decide which motorcycle to take... Mine, which has the nice big windshield and fairing or Heather's which needs to be ridden at freeway speeds because she only gets it up to 25 mph on average.

Pictures. We need pictures before decisions can be made! It's going to all depend on color.

short5 wrote in post #7749881 (external link)
Seriously if you can't find someone I will drive up if you want.

LMK if you do, I'll road trip with you if it can be arranged....

HOCK!

I can't stand spongebob's laugh.

I just can't stand anything about that little thing. He needs to be used to wipe out my kitchen sink, or the utility room toilet or something. Horrid little creation.

Shameless promotion for a FANTASTIC product that I use a LOT of:

Kids N Pets. (external link)

It's a cleaner that I use for dog accidents and what not.

I have to tell you... today we had the carpet cleaners come over, and they do a special cleaning for pet stains/smells, whatever.
He uses a black light to find the urine stains to see where they need to concentrate on.

He used the light on my whole floor, and said "Where did you say you had issues?"
I showed him where we've had the most accidents... and nothing.
Black light showed nothing.

He asked what I use to clean pet accidents, and I told him. He said "It works. Don't ever change".

:D :D :D WOO HOOO!!!!!
