I have sold quite a bit of film gear on craigslist. I don't know if others get the amount they are looking for, but I sold mine at rreasonable prices. One thing about craigslist- if you are overpriced, every city has a member of the photo-police that will flag you or respond to your ads insulting you for being a rip off or post another ad complaining about your ad or something similar. Just ignore them and set your price close to what the other stuff on there is going for and chances are it will either sell or be at least left alone. I suggest doing searches in several cities, and basing prices on several similar ads. Be careful- meet your buyer in a public place, insist on cash only, and write down every bit of information you have about them before you say hello- their cell number, the license of the car they drive up in, everything. You hear horror stories every day.
