Looks perfectly exposed to me. In this shot i would have chosen F3-F5.6 to retain the crispness in depth of field. F2 doesnt provide you with the depth of field you would get out of F3.0.

My point being when you are in AV mode, normally you would set your AV according to the depth of field you are after or as close to this aperture setting as is possible under the lighting intensity available.
