First time shooting a bike - Suzuki SV650S

Did a half day photoshoot of my friend's bike but this is the only photos that I really liked. Hopefully when the weather gets consistently better later this month, we can go out and get some more shots and maybe some better rolling shots as well.

There are several things I don't like about the posed photo such as the placement of his hands and the flat boring background but it was the best of the lot.

Both pictures were taken with a rented 70-200 2.8L IS USM lens.

I rented the lens to try it out and after using it for 2 weeks, I decided that I didn't need the weight or the cost of the 2.8L and am just going to get the 70-200 4L IS USM instead.

Well, nobody needs the weight, but you might consider the non-IS f/2.8 with a 2X TC if you're going to shoot action. You'll save on battery power, too. ;)
