Canon 3 pin timer remote for 30/40/50D bodies

I have looked around and saw reviews on the Phottix remote. Does anyone else use any other brand other than canon.. I just don't want to pay $140 for a timed remote.

Also is there a remote where you can set bursts during the interval. like 5-6FPS burst.

Yeah, I use a $12 remote and it works great. Has done so for ~18 months. For a basic remote you can't go past it. For the intervalometer and whatnot... if I needed those functions I'd be springing for the expensive Canon one. Fortunately I have yet to need those functions. :D

FYI the "3 pin" connection is called type N3.

Things are so cheap there, I can't believe they have free international shipping!
I don't mind that it takes close to a month to ship :P
