I noticed on my Thinktank Airport International, a tag on the bag which says something like "if found, call (phone number) and a serial number"

Question: I bought the Airport new, do I need to send in a registration card in order to have the serial number on file with Thinktank, or did they record my info when I purchased it? (yes I purchased it from their web site)

Tom

Even though you purchased from their website, I think you still have to register the serial number. Just because you bought it, doesn't mean you are going be the one using it, therefore you still have to register. I registered my serial number online through their site.

I love mine. Hope you enjoy it.

Yes, that's the only mechanism.
