These are a few of my daughter who will be 2 in june dressed up in her favorite princess dresses. As I am brand new to this board, and photography (just got dslr in feb-canon rebel xs) C&C are always welcomed. I love adding text to her photo's because for me it adds a personal touch!

Cute girl, but I'm not sure the blur adds anything to the photos. It actually is kind of distracting IMO.

Yeah thing the blurring is overdone. Not to bad in the first one as I suppose it adds a bit of a dreamy feel to it.

thanks for all the C&C. As far as the blurring goes...I do agree, except on the first pic, because like briarlow said I was going for a dreamly look. Let me just explain my obsession with the "blurr"...I want the lens baby sooooo bad (so I can focus on 1 point and mute/blurr the background. I dont have it yet, so I settle for doing the best I can at using the "soft focus" tool when editing them! I am just a HUGE fan of 1 part of a pic being in focus and the rest blurred lol. But I can totally see what you are guys are saying. Ug, guess I just have to hold out till i can get more equipment!

I know I am late on this conversation, But I really like the blurring, the first thing I thought when I seen them all, is, Nice something different..
Keep up the great work.
