Connecticut (CT.) meet?

Hi all,
About a year ago I tried to get a meet together but there were only a few interested and it fizzled. I see alot of members on here posting from Connecticut so I thought I would give it another try.
If you are interested, tell us where you are from and ideas on shooting locations and best day for a get together.

I am in the southeastern region near the casinos. There are quite a few areas around here for good photography. Mystic seaport, noank, groton airport for action, new london for city stuff/architecture, fort griswold, fort trumbull, CT. college arboretum (might be a bit early for this), and lots more.
This weekend I will be heading to N. Scituate RI. for some waterfall pics and hopefully catch some bald eagles. So, next weekend - 11th and 12th is probably best for me.

I'd be interested in a photo meet-up. Just want to point out that the 11th-12th of April is Easter weekend, which will probably be a problem for many.

Thanks for pointing that out. I'm sure the wife would have reminded me.

Keep me in mind, I'd be up for it on a different weekend.

Round-about ideas, while nice to bandy about, just don't work around here. It's tough enough to get people to attend an event for some reason when you're specific.

When you figure out a good date, one not on Easter or some other holiday, pick it, pick an interesting venue, post it, and hopefully they will come.
