cs3 reset

if after a while you have tinkered with settings and layouts is there a reset to put everything back how it was . more so for a mac than windows as for my father.

I'm told that if you hold down Ctrl Alt Shift while you start Photoshop it asks you if you want to reset all preferences.

I haven't tried it myself.
