I need to change the "User Name" on my Canon 1DMKIII the camera will not communicate with my laptop. I have installed and removed the EOS Digital Solution Disk (Ver. 16.1) a few times with n change.
Please help.

My Mark II won't let me change anything without firewire. I can download pics but that's about it. Who does that anyway? Did you lose Digital Photo Professional (DPP)? Get it here
