Skygod's computer has a Devil inside! HELP!!!

Please....anyone who knows about computers, HELP ME! I've something going on that I can't fathom - here's the problem: ONLY WHEN ON POTN, I can't click on anything around the text box, for example, the "italic" or "bold" buttons, or on any of the smilies. I can type a colon, hyphen and close-bracket, and for some reason, that's converted to a smilie, but I can click on those on the right. Also, even though I'm hitting "down-turn", everything keeps appearing as a block of text with no extra spaces. Any ideas anyone? btw, I'm running Vista and my computer is Japanese, which means all the menus are in Japanese, and I'm NOT that good as to read all the kanji...so if you know how to fix this, please tell me/show me which buttons to click using screen shots or very accurate descriptions. Awaiting any help.... PLEASE!

If you have Windows Vista Ultimate, you can freely download language packs.
Go to start (the round button) and control panel. Go to Windows Update (the icon that has a "windows vista box shape and a orange/yellow round thing going around it.) Click on the blue text and select the english language. and click on install (the button second to the left.)

For the POTN problem, download Ccleaner and let it clean up your temporary files.

If you know, and you're not telling (and bare in mind, odd things happen in this country all the time that confuse me!) then I'll have to call your mother and tell her you're bullying the Skygod! (Oh and I can't edit what I've written either!)

It's Vista Home Premium.... But I'll try CCleaner, as I already have it installed....

Run CCleaner - no change. Do I need to re-boot?

Me too....I just wonder why it was only on POTN...

POTN uses Javascript extensively. When your system starts having trouble here, clear the browser's cache and restart it. It's a standard reply.
