1st 40 D Duck?

I finally found my first duck, but I believe it's bill is deformed.

My fist try with my new 40D.

Using the 28-135mm kit lens. I realize this is a picture not a PHOTOGRAPH.

I read the tutorial on posting images but I think I missed something. I don't see the image in preview post. So all advice appreciated.
