I did a vintage-styled shoot with my girlfriend and her younger sister yesterday. What do you think of these? I really like how they came out.

I don't feel #2 fits the theme, but the others are nice. On the third one, I just wish they were a little closer together. I feel there is a little too much dead space between them. Also in the first and fourth, I would like to see some more detail. The darks seem to be lost in black, especially in their hair.

Ainoko, is your screen calibrated? Mine is, and there is tons of detail in the hair. That could be the issue on your end. As for the one you don't fits the theme. It's Alice in Wonderland which features characters set in vintage times....

As far as I know my screen is just fine, but I think you might be misunderstanding my criticism. I can see the highlights in their hair just fine, but the dark parts are just black, there is no transition from the black to the highlights. I tried to indicate better what I mean in this picture. At least to me, these spots look lost in blackness. By no means do I think these are bad pictures, just trying to be helpful!

Also, I have never seen Alice in Wonderland. I guess I should sometime.
