Here are a few pics of the friendliest emu I have ever met. He would hang around so close to me that I probably should have had an extension tube on the 70-200. I didn't and so I snapped from a bit behind the fence. DOF is a bit small, any other critiques?

No full-body Emu shots, since they just look like a grey/black bale of hay with a head. ;) I'll try to get others from the trip uploaded soon.

EDIT: I changed the title to reflect what I find most striking about this animal.
