Love my bag. I use it a lot these days with the 5D2 and flash.

That photo tell me that i can fit my 40D with 70-200mm F4 L atached to body inside the bag, but would Canon 28-135mm and 50mm 1.8 also fit in there? Maybe some few misc items also.

I don't have the F5XC or the 28-135, but it looks like there's room either under or beside the 40D/70-200 for a couple of lenses. I'll qualify that since I have no idea how long the 28-135 is, so there may not be enough room to stack the 28-135 and 50. I suspect that if you had the 28-135 on the body and the 70-200 in the bottom you'd be able to squeeze the 50 in.

REALLY nice images, thank you for posting.
In the past few years I've gone from 6 lens to 4.
And I may go to 3 or 2, soon.
I'm that happy with the 24-70LII, the 50L is gone. The 24L may be next.
So this bag should be nice for my new kit.
5D, 85L, 24-70L, maybe the flash would fit too, that would be epic.
Will advise :)

Hey guys I'm looking for a lens-bag / travel bag and was wondering if this was the bag meant for me. I have the smaller brother, the f5xb.

I regularly shoot with a 5d3 + 14/35/85 primes, and I'm more than certain this will fit.
However, I'm more concerned about event stuff, namely a 5D3 + 2470 2.8 II + 70200 2.8IS + 580EXII.

The way I see it, I can have the "bottom tier" hold just the 70-200, and the rest goes on top. Would this work?

//Edit: Also, anyone have had bad experiences with lower-tier stuff falling out? One of my main concerns. It's between this thinner profile bag or the domke f3x.

That's a bummer. Why wouldn't it fit? Because of the flash?

you could configure the top to be for camera and 24-70
bottom would be the 70-200.
if you folded the flash you could try to sneak it into the top but I really don't think it would fit.

Hmm actually I've been packing it all separated, folded, whatever, into the f5xb for a long time. Isn't the f5xc just a deeper bag with bottom access? Thanks for the reply btw!
