- a little warm IMHO
- some parts of the bird are soft (esp. around the beak)
- subject is too centered
- background is kind of distracting

Too warm I think but other than that the softness is okay I suppose It's really too hard to tell much considering how smal it is.

Fortunately, the colors provide good separation between the bird and the rest of the scene. Also, I think the vertical format is good for this subject. Unfortunately, it is too centered and should be cropped so as to put him higher and a little to the left.

It is hard to tell too much with such a small image, however I do agree on the crop.
