well its actually a skate park but whatever.
this here is Shell Park in Oakville Ontario

C+C is welcomed an encouraged as i dont really know what im doing yet.
no PP really as i have no idea on that yet. i shot these in RAW + L so i have the raw files to mess with later

Shot way to wide for my taste. And that gray concrete against the blown out sky will get you every time. Cloudy days are lame...The look back is timed well and the rider doesn't fully click, or you shot it a bit early. I dunno that first one is too dark, and if you would have used a fill flash on him i probably would have cried out in joy. I love dark surroundings with flashed riders. That place looks so fun.

yeah the fish was all i had with me.
the first would look better with a fill flash, however i dont own one. need to get one.
any suggestions on grey concrete and crappy sky?

expose them low for a high contrast, and use a flash for the rest.

Pen tool the concrete and also the sky. Then darken it with level. curves and feather by like 10PX or so?
