Can you edit EXIF in Lightroom 2?

When I use manual lenses I'd like to correct the metadata fields like aperture and lens. Is this possible or do I need a separate EXIF editor?

i imagine a simple text editor or hex editor will edit this data but why would you want to edit the aperature and lens? to lie and make it look like you took it with better glass? lol

i get what you're trying to do, but is it really that important? unless its just for your personal organization...i just cant figure it out, sorry!

Well, lens adaptors don't provide the proper EXIF and I wanted to correct it on a photo that someone wanted to use on a Wiki article. It isn't that important but I'm a perfectionist.

I use Opanda exif data viewer and editor.. it works fine...

edit: was wrong.. look at rene VVV
