Is this a good deal? What are the bits worth?

I confess - the kit in my sig is the kit I borrow when I want to shoot. It's not mine but I have free access to it almost any time.

Anyways, I have a chance to buy the following kit. Is it worth it at £1600 for the lot? What are the going prices for each bit? (can't find them completed on ebay)

550EX speedlite
17-35mm f/2.8
28-70mm f/2.8
70-200mm f/2.8

my idea of a good deal would be: (not really exact but just for your reference)
1D II body - 1k2
550EX speedlite - 100
17-35mm f/2.8 - 400
28-70mm f/2.8 - 500
70-200mm f/2.8 - 800
= 3k total
