Thanks for the test!!! Excellent!!

I'm surprised the Eneloops outperformed the Imedions. I use PowerEx's in my Speedlites and use Imedions in my CP-E4 because I found I didn't use up a full CP-E4 even in a 16 hour wedding (which were rare anyway).

Prior to the Mahas I used Duracell 2650 mah rechargeables for over 1 year and they have also been amazing

You might want to revisit the results... BOTH Powerex 2700 and Powerex Imedion outperformed eneloop in all performance categories. I got significantly more flash pops out of Imedion over eneloop, as well as more minutes out of flashlight. ;) The only category that eneloop has done better is the "Ready to Use" category, but as I noted in my methodological "Limitations" section, that's hard to really judge due to a lack of manufacturing dates.

I use PowerEx's in my Speedlites and use Imedions in my CP-E4 because I found I didn't use up a full CP-E4 even in a 16 hour wedding (which were rare anyway).

That sounds perfectly in line with my findings. I think you have the perfect combination of rechargeables (Powerex 2700 in the flash + Powerex Imedion in the CP-E4) for your wedding shoots. For a casual, hobby photographers, going all eneloop with the same set up would be great, as well.

Prior to the Mahas I used Duracell 2650 mah rechargeables for over 1 year and they have also been amazing

Performance wise, I found that anything as high in mAh as Powerex 2700 or thereabout did outperform those much lower in mAh, such as "low self-discharge" claiming batteries, so no surprise there. I do fully expect their overall lives to be much shorter than the lower mAh batteries, though, so that's the tradeoff.

Every time a thread come up about which NiMH batteries to buy, there are lots of 'Eneloop' replies, and I feel like the odd man out in mentioning the Powerex and Imedions. Now I feel vindicated! :D

In American English, it means a bunch of people running around wildly on a field with a fish net at end of their long sticks... ;)

'lacrosse' is a team sport (external link) of Native American (external link) origin , not same as 'la crosse' (Fr.).

La Crosse Technology spells it with the space like the French term, not the single word sport name!

That was a tongue-in-cheek, Wilt, as indicated by ;)... I know enough of French and German to have passed the Graduate Foreign Language Test in both.

I was simply pointing out the company spelled the name like 'the scam' and not 'the sport'. It does make one wonder about 'the scam' being French yet not French Canadian in the negative connotation, like 'en famile'

French was bad enough, so I don't want to go into French Canadian.... but I can dig a bit of "French Louisianan" over a beer, though... :)
