I have a G6 Been working with it for 2 weeks, All pics on auto turn out great for a P&S perspective, But I want to do more, I took the recomendations of some fellow members here and started using Mode P, AV and TV, and all I have got is crap so far, out of 100 pics none of them turned out, The firt pic I am posting is shot on auto, while the second is on AV, and the third is on P, What am I doing wrong?

Jon,
first one is great !

Can you please post the exif data for us to help you more ?
White balance may be incorrect in #2 & you maye be choosing big fstop causing camera to chosse a slow shutter speed automatically which may be contributing to shake. What f value are you using for this pics ?
Exit data will be really helpful ..
