My next body may be either a 1D/1Ds Mark II or 5D Classic. That decision is years away though ;)

As way of background...I had a Pentax Spotmatic II SLR long ago...in 2004 I picked up a Canon G5...was impressed...wanted more so,

2004 - dRebel XT (I gave this one to my daughter in 2006)
2005 - 2nd dRebel XT (I was asked to shoot a wedding)
2006 - 30D
2008 - 5D


Jim -- I keep the Leica D-Lux 7 in the Glove Box just in case!

350d (used to own) & 30D (my only & primary camera). Want something (from Canon) which has better autofocus in body like xxD series. If not i would buy 50D.

Started with a 10D. Had it about 9mos then upgraded to a 20D. Had it almost a year then moved to a 1D Mk II. I'll NEVER leave the 1D series!!!!
