Still working my way around my studio equipment. Had my sister's little one, Raya and my girl Annie for these pics. The little one eating the strawberry is my friends girl. C&C welcome.

Thanks for looking.

I was using a single umbrella, bounced (Genesis 200) camera right and a reflector disk camera left. Very simple set up.

Thanks. Are you using plexiglass over the paper? I am thinking of picking tile board from home depot one of these days.

The background is seamless white paper and the floor is foam core board from home depot. Another member recommended the foam core board.

Correction, it's not foam core board, it's white glossy tile board from home depot.

What was the subject distance to background? I always get the grey affect from the background when I try to do white or a more intense shadow from the subject when I try to blow it out more. thanks.

Great job with #2:) I am looking into backgrounds.. overall how do you like using the paper with children vs. canvas?

I had the girls very close to the background, a couple of feet. This way I find that my main light also keeps my back ground white.

I really haven't worked much with my studio. I have one canvas which I really haven't used enouph yet. So far I like working with the seamless paper.
