if this is your truly first shoot, then you're lying!
Shots look great! other than the model looking too stiff in #2, they're spot on!

Yes first time... Went to one workshop and did a Photoshop class. Just picked up my 4 bees about 2 weeks ago. I shot out of my garage.

Thanks for the nice comment :D

The model is gorgeous!

#1: Her skin looks too overly processed and fake. But what you did with her eyes are amazing.

#3: My fav! I love the colors, the background, the model, and everything about this photo.

P.S. what are your "4 bees"?

#1- if you were going with a high key look, then great job! I find the eyes and the skin to be too processed.. too fake looking..
#2- skin on legs look dead... lower right corner is grey... skin tones other than that are great. skin looks too processed and plastic.
#3- best of the series.. my only problem with this is that you can see the ripples in the background but that is just me..

I concur on the over-smoothing in #1 and oversaturation in #3
#2 is your best.
If that was your first shoot, well done! I'm sure it won't be your last!

I am still learning the skin processing. It is a tough job to get it just right. I will keep practicing and posting to learn :)

I see what you mean about the grey corner in #2 I will have to make sure that I bump up the lighting alittle more on the background.

The background. I will have to pull the material tighter.

Thanks so much for the kind words. Nothing to harsh  at least I didnt totally screw it up.

The 4 bees are alien bees - 3 b800 and 1 b400

These a great shots, for your first time. I would have to say #2 is the best out of the three.

Although the skin is slightly fake looking, you didn't completely ruin the photo like a lot of folks do. its just slightly overdone. The eyes are great though.
