Does this lens extend out at all, any pics would help. Thanks for any help. How about the Sigma 105 macro?

No the Sigma 150 doesn't.
Yes, the 105mm does .

Sigma 150: does not change in length, front does not rotate - they way all lenses should be. Comes with hood and removeable collar. Wonderful.
