A Quick Question

In all honesty I really did not know where to post this...

I hope this is okay.

For starters I am kind of bad with words at the moment for two reasons. One) I just got off work.. and Two) My boyfriend is talking to me at the moment and won't be quiet.

So I have a few question about taking pictures of kids. For Easter, I went to a family get together.. and I took some pictures of the kids there as well as the adults... without really considering anything I uploaded one to my gallery on deviantart. http://xxmoonlitxx.dev​iantart.com/art/Yummy-119314217 <-- this is the said picture.

Now the little girl in the picture is my sister's husband's little sister...

I took the picture. Do I need some kind of permission from the parent to post that up? Or is it okay already because it is my picture?

Kind of a stupid question but I am always wary with stuff dealing with lawsuits.

I live in the United States... Georgia to be exact.

Why don't you ask your relatives to see if they OK with you posting images of their kids?

Because it isn't my relative.. It's my sister's Mother in Laws child...

and because that Easter morning my sisters Father in Law was found dead... so I don't want to ask right now...
