More info | Oct 08, 2009 03:03 | #318 Sometimes it would be a blessing to have a telescope with the minimum focus set to infinity...focusing on stars and stuff can be a pest. So no, it's pretty variable and I should be able to focus on things relatively close. Once it's mounted it'll be easy to aim and shoot too, so I might just give it a try. It's a nice day today so I'll be setting it up in the garden when I get home, and I'll see what happens! They get plenty of easy-to-reach nuts and things from the garden next door. (Then my other half complains because the squirrels bury the nuts in our flower beds and plant pots and things, scattering earth everywhere. But I like them. The dog doesn't! Think this one needed a higher shutter speed, very fast bird
