Great crab spider and bunny.

Colin, both the Tiger beetle and Sand lizards are at Thursley NNR which is up the A3 from you. Neither are easy to find however. The Sand lizards are very hard, this is the only time I have managed to see them.

Spent the morning at the Larmer Tree gardens. First time I've been in, despite driving past the gates every Sunday for years!

Heres just one of the images.

A question if I may. I took this with entirely the wrong lens as a quick snap in the hope that the experts among you would identify the bird. Sorry to be a pain.

It's a Buzzard, shame you didn't have the correct lens. I'm just processing some shots from Arundel WWT I took on Tuesday after getting the car MOT'd, which passed :)

Lester,

You are very kind, but I know its a dreadful shot, literally a "snap" using a 24-70 lens when I needed my 400! The white "halo" around the bird is an interesting side effect of the massive crop I had to do.

This Lapwing was continually buzzing this Pheasant at WWT, trying to drive it away from it's nest no doubt. I'd be interested on opinions as to which you think is the best shot in this and the next post.

Interesting set Ken. I think the next-to-last is the best overall.
