in what way do you mean flat?
I don't have any other lenses except my sigma 70mm and I don't like using it with skate shots

flat as in, no crisp color, no contrast. if you turn image editing on in your settings, i can show you what i mean.

1/80, in my eyes is too slow... mind you i don't really shoot skatboarding, but 1/80 your photos aren't oging to be crisp.
Also your shooting at F/7.1 is there a reason for that? if you shot at a lower F you could make the subject pop alittle more.

It was the best results I could get, The last 3 shots, were shot in intense sunlight. Im still experimenting
