My son is running Photoshop CS with WinXP Home on a Pentium 4. He tells me that lately he cannot save any printer setups in the ‘Custom Setting” box of the Printer Properties. He uses print with preview. He can create and save a new setting in the setup, but when he later goes back after the OK on the properties, ALL the custom settings are gone. My best guess is a file has the write protect bit set, but I don’t know what file to look for. Is this info saved in the Photoshop preferences file? Any ideas of suggestions????
