I wasn't going to post anything from this meeting but in the light of today's sad news I think it's appropriate. After just over 100 years of car manufacture Rover and it's subsiduary MG have ceased production.

These were taken at last weekends MG Car Club race meeting at Silverstone circuit. I am sure these guys will keep the spirit of MG going.

Great action shots of great sports cars. The 'pucker factor" for the drivers in #5 must significant. My favorite is #1, a fine example of a true Brit sports car of my youth.
Sorry to see the demise of a great marque.
