How have you managed to keep your old type Flickr account?
Mine changed over last week and it's awful.

It is old type? I am new to Flickr and think it is not too good anyway. They forced me to get a Yahoo account and I ended up with an account with no images. I am trying to remember what I did to correct that and keep the one that I used to use gmail to sign in to. If I figure it out, I will send a PM.

They are doing another "new and improved" version of Flickr.
Makes it worse each time! Now when you click on an image it is all surrounded by black and I can't get the link anymore that you have with the description underneath the image when posted.

Sorry to hear that and I am sure it will happen to us all.

Here are some bokeh circles especially for Flickr.

Clare, changing the language from English to something not English will also give you the previous version of flickr. My flickr now speaks German to me and that made the New flickr Experience go away...

I did read that, but my language skills are not very good.
Have just changed over to French which I understand a bit...
Think it will only be a temporary thing as they will change everything over at some point.:(

It is so much better to be able to use the BBcode and for it to stay on your default.
It drives me mad with the new version that you have to reset it every time you want to use an image!!!!!!

Some pretty lights...
