I have a feeling that this thread has gone away from its original idea. I thought we were supposed to do let's say reflections and something else in one image and that something else was supposed to be picked up by the next person who will list that something else plus a new subject/item etc. But I might be totally wrong. What do you think?

According to the rules it is something from the background of the image. Nothing saying that it can't be the same thing as the previous image.

There really are no rules, just guidelines. The only rule here set in stone, is to have fun and share your photos. :)

Pick something, anything, from the previous photo, that is in the photo you wish to share, and all is great. :)

I've got the same problem, Stina with some of my images from Flickr. I've reported it on the problem thread.

Silhouette.

I don't get it, something must have changed? The image I posted above is in my gallery?

I just saw an answer to it. Pekka is going to do a fix for it in the next software release. Flickr has done something strange but he can do an exception for it so that our pictures will show. :-)

Not exactly. Here's the rules from the original thread; "Here are the Rules: Someone posts a photo and the next person chooses something that is featured or in the background of that photo and posts a photo featuring that thing. And so on and so forth."

So really you just pick anything from that photo that catches your eye and then make a connection with one of your photos. So it doesn't matter if it continues with the same connection for several shots.

Yup, pretty much this ;)

Though personally I enjoy it more when there's no explanation, just post the photo and let the viewer interpret how it connects.

For example, my pick and share for the last image;

If no one comes from the future to stop you, how bad of a decision could it really be?
