(I can't really think of the right section for this post but I am putting it here because the photos are from the Lens section)

I just noticed that I get this message when I try to check the EXIF on a photo I post to this forum.(linked to Photobucket) It seems to have started yesterday.

IMAGE: http://i2.photobucket.com/albums/y17/msowsun/photo%20stuff/Newer/EXIF.jpg

Here is the thread it is from.

https://photography-on-the.net …php?p=7752471&postcount=9

And here is the photo: (can you still see EXIF data?)(do you get a message like me?)
IMAGE: http://i2.photobucket.com/albums/y17/msowsun/photo%20stuff/IMG_7305_640.jpg

All my other Opanda EXIF functions are normal. I can read the EXIF on other posters photos and also on any photos stored in my computer.

Even the wording of the message is a little strange:

"Cannot find image file form "Temporary Internet Files"

Shouldn't it say "FROM" not "FORM"?

Can others still access EXIF on my photos linked from Photobucket?

Anyone seen this before?

Opanda works OK here on your images.

With a Google search I found this on Opandas site. Look under "IE Error". Might be related to your IE cache

Megapixels and high ISO are a digital photographers heroin. Once you have a little, you just want more and more. It doesn't stop until your bank account is run dry.

I will check out the links. Thanks.

EDIT: I tried deleting "Temporary Internet Files" . Doesn't help.

But now my spellcheck doesn't work! I even downloaded IEspell. What's up with that?

Try the Exif viewer listed in my signature.
Works much better than Opanda's.
For example in most cases with Opanda you click right mouse on the imaged, find menu item "Exif..." press it to only get a message box "No Exif in this image" or something.

To me it was so frustrating that I had to write my own. It works when you move the mouse over the image the exif data if present is shown immediately in the status bar at the bottom of the screen.

By the way why not straight to IE8 ?
IE 7 is pretty buggy 8 is much better.
