I feel the same about most of the other mags I subscribe to, but phto mags are different; irregardless of the articles or other subjective sponsor-revenue-driven reviews, I find inspiration every now and then from the photos in the mag. The more photography that you take a look at, the more you may develop or expand your own style. Look at enough photography and eventually you will subconsciously consolidate what you've observed from the photos you liked into a glorious incarnation of your own craft. Seven bucks is nothing to pay for that chance. Especially if it means filling those few minutes per day that would have otherwise been "unproductive." Now, if I could just get the magazine to come in the mail. Does anyone have a phone number for these folks? "Dream it. Plan it. Do it."
