The weekly newspaper here ran an article detailing all the trouble they have been in. Two different websites have charged them with stealing material and posting it on their sites (photographs and custom logos). Several businesses have sent them Cease and Desist orders to have their businesses removed from their site and all mention of their names and alledged affiliation removed. Two of these places were actually charities that discovered this site was "accepting" donations for. They ran a background check on the two women that own this site and found they have dozens of past complaints from their past businesses for the same behavior. A google search reveals one of the ladies was sued and charged for doing a bait and switch, fraud, theft, and making personal threats against people she took money from and refused to pay back or ship the goods she sold them at her last two businesses. She is all over fraudwatchers.org, rippedoffreport.com, etc.. It's sad that these people are allowed to continue their ways with nothing being done. Although I guess I can't complain about my situation after reading how many people she sold Iphones and Blackberrys too and they never got anything.

Sad that it would have to come to that but these two sound like they were really bad news. It's pretty obvious you would have never gotten a penny from them. It's sort of ironic and funny at the same time that they were threatening YOU with legal action. ![]() Maybe at least Google their names...
