Do you mean without FlexNR? Or 100% as opposed to 50%?
I don't think I have the original before FlexNR anymore.
I meant before FlexNR.

This 50% crop was taken in my bedroom with only a 40w wall light across the room, handheld at only 1/25s, F2.8, ISO6400. I'm blown away. I mean it's not just a very high ISO, it's also about as low as I would ever go in shutter speed handheld. 1/25s, F2.8, ISO6400 Thank you again Pixmantra! And happy holidays! Haven't seen any 1D4 images yet (other than the Canon ones). Care to share where? Ta. Mike

How any one can use these is beyond my comprehension. *cameras: Canon 1D Mark III | Canon 1D Mark II | Canon 1D "Classic" | Canon S95

Dec 30, 2009 15:49 | #620 I switched to ZB/RIT a few months ago after using Adobe Camera Raw/Bridge for years. Yes, it's a huge PITA, but the results are worth it for me... not just for FlexNR... I love the colours and tones better at all ISO's vs the other Raw programs. EOS R6 Mark II - Sigma 50/1.4 Art - Sigma 14-24/2.8 Art - Canon EF 70-200/2.8L Mark III - Godox Xpro-C - Godox TT685C x2

Dinny66, I saw some non-Canon 1D4 samples posted up a few times on another forum. I think they were from Japan, but I can't remember exactly. Drisley, do you prefer the RIT/FlexNR results over DPP/FlexNR? *cameras: Canon 1D Mark III | Canon 1D Mark II | Canon 1D "Classic" | Canon S95

LR/ACR, ZB/RIT, .JPGs and DPP are fully supported, up until ISO6400. Results are pretty much equivalent, because each converter's output is spatially filtered and tuned towards the same "look", overall. There will differences, however, in tonality, color rendition, etc., but greatly minimized between LR/ACR and RIT, as long as the custom-developed and tuned LR Preset and ZB/RIT PictureStyles are used (they output very, very close color rendition and tonality). 2. Higher-ISOs (ISo8000/10000/12800/16000/20000/25600) are only available with ZB/RIT, because this converter's unique spectral balance allows for unmatched balance of detail, sharpness and noise levels during FlexNR processing. It allows the 1D3 to output a truly unique and special "look" when operating under very demanding conditions (tonality/color/noise-wise), which is overall better than anything I have seen, so far, from any other camera+converter out there. NOTE: ZB/RIT is not a pain to use. It is, indeed, EXTREMELY simple to use, it is free and supports everything up to DiGiCIII, supports batch-conversion in real time, and gets the right tonality and colors in NO time, compared to all other converters (except, maybe, LR with FlexNR's custom LR Preset). Cheers, PIX Maybe so with RIT, but you can't crop, clone, or anything else. In DPP you can. I guess RIT is good for straight up RAW conversion and nothing else. Editing photos one by one in CS sucks. I really have to jump on the LR bandwagon. That's actually one of my NY resolutions: to start using LR in my workflow. *cameras: Canon 1D Mark III | Canon 1D Mark II | Canon 1D "Classic" | Canon S95

You have to use the Mac version of Neat Image and then manually adjust the Photoshop actions (IIRC). Thread for all 1D(s)3 owners: Get USABLE Auto-ISO for your 1D3 / 1Ds3
