I just came across them and wondered what they were like to work for.

I'm on Zivity too but was only a member for a couple of years. Just recently started adding sets.

I'm on Zivity - it's pretty easy once you get the initial paperwork done. A lot of the models I work with are on Zivity too, so that makes it easy.

As far as I can tell Zivity was founded by some well meaning yet still very arrogant people who yeah wanted to help their fellow models and photographers make a legitimate living by shooting erotica. Yet as was the case with most new tech companies founded in the early to mid 2000 things went horribly wrong really fast. Mostly due to some rather ill-advised business decisions made early on by the founders. Yet I'm also kind of sure some good old American greed played a factor in the sites downfall. For you very really got the feeling the company wasn't giving a fancy sales pitch more then anything. For more and more Zivity started to feel like a Ponzi scheme then an actual way for a model or photographer to make a living.

So even though lots of very hardworking people tried desperately to set the guys call the shots over at Zivity straight... Well in the end it was doomed to fail due to the owners not really understanding how to properly as well as responsibly run a business. Which is just sad if you ask me.
