I'm not sure how their customer service is, but paying over 25% of the cost of the item to get the updated, critical connection piece just doesn't seem right. "Dream it. Plan it. Do it."

I can opt for the refund (which was $0.01 for the actual item....but, charged a rediculous $4.99 for shipping). However, if I ever need that ConnectR to improve my strap it would cost me $16.00 (not including that rediculous shipping price) MORE!!! So basically we're in for $16 for the connectr-2 + $12 for the fastenr-2 + cost of the original strap (=$68 ) if we want something that has the bugs worked out?
