I had been in conversation with Mark of Gary's Camera in Indiana about buying a new Canon 5D on ebay with the current 8% live.com promotion. Because the unit he had listed sold while we were discussing it, I wound up purchasing mine locally.

That's right, my mistake. So it would be $2449 shipped.

I've bought from Gary's Camera. It's a smaller store, but they have GREAT customer service and they are a REAL brick and mortar store.
