Adorama's free shipping is not "horse & buggy" speed like other companies. At worse, they'll ship it regular UPS ground.

It seems that everything Adorama does is lightening speed...

to the west coast there is no service slower than UPS ground.

If a customer chooses to pay the extra to up-grade the shipping, then of course there are other options.

However, in order to be able to provide free shipping, alongside competitive pricing on our goods and services, we have to consider carefully the service that we use when offering free shipping.

Sincerely

Helen Oster

i understand how it works and i'm not looking a gift horse in the mouth. i was just stating the facts, mam :D.

one reason that adorama is my prefered store is because of free shipping on many items thats i buy. e.g., i received an extreme IV 8-gig CF card yesterday that was shipped free by adorama.
