geotagging: raw to jpg /osx

i have been using a holux logger + houdahgps (sometimes gpsphotolinker) to tag the cr2s.

my problem is when i convert them over to jpg in lightroom, it doesn't add the gps data to the jpgs. does anyone know a easy way of doing this? i don't really want to manually tag them all. :confused:
