Post YOUR! 'frozen ball' pictures!

I have a couple of shots from a Red Sox game a couple of years ago. The first one shows Yamaico Navarro missing a foul fly ball. The batter in the second picture is Jacoby Ellsbury, hitting a home run.

Ok, the armadillo just threw this at me at 70mph. Can't believe I got it frozen with my Nexus 4.

I read where one of the complainers stated to look at the 1st page for what's expected. I did and it shows all kinds of frozen balls, where everything is in focus. As a matter of fact, the 1st page only has maybe 4 images of a frozen baseball where the players are blurred. So, the 1st page set the tone and that's why you see what you see now. To the complainers, please go back and view the 1st page yourself and you will know why these images are being posted. Hard to interpret the intent when the 1st page has frozen balls all over the map. Post on.

I don't see why, just because there's a good reason to misinterpret the thread, it should detract from the fun to be had by those who "get it" from looking at the first page.

It reminds me of a friend who had a dry sense of humor, but was really funny. Last name was "Essmeier," and he knew that his name sounded like "S. Meyer," and he still gives people a hard time by saying his name is "S. Meyer, with an 'e'" -- causing quizzical looks until he wrote it down for them.

This isn't too far from that.

If you interpret it one way, I interpret it another and others another, then the intent is not clear (i.e. ambiguous). You view it your way and others will view it there way. So I say let the frozen balls continue.

Here the ball is frozen and everything is out of focus. It's not a baseball though.

This is hard to do on purpose. I have so many pictures of blurry baseballs trying to focus on a spot and take the picture when the ball gets there. I have plenty of baseballs frozen but it was by chance.
