One a got a few months ago.  I didn't believe it at first, but this does not require fast focus or insane fps. This was done on a 5dMII and others I have done were on a Rebel T1i. Both of which are lucky to get 3 fps (rated at 3.#). T1i with 18-55, 55-250, 50 1.8
